Wellness, Health and Productivity are all words you will hear as government, employers and individuals look to improve performance, reduce costs and promote healthy behaviour. At WPA, we are identifying the facts from the fiction and looking at the roles of the employer and employee in relation to health and productivity.
Our Seminar: Health + Productivity - Fact or Fiction, described as the "The definitive seminar on Health and Wellbeing" with speakers including Prof Dame Carol Black, National Director, Health and Work, Fikry Isaac, Vice President, Global Health Services, Johnson & Johnson and Professor Dee Edington, Director, University of Michigan, Health Management Research Center discussed key topics including;
- - Is there value in implementing wellness strategies?
- - Can wellness and prevention strategies impact on the cost of acute medical condition expenditure?
- - What return on investment will I see from health and wellness initiatives?
- - Who are the intended beneficiaries of a Health and Wellness Programme?
- - How do I implement Health and Wellness in my organisation?
We are in on-going dialogue with pioneers of Best Practice and continuing to expand on these questions through case studies and scientific evidence.
