Management information
A specialised area of our website will be developed specifically for claims management
reporting for the customer. The design of these management reports is entirely to
the customers’ specification and can include reporting for p11d purposes.
These management reports may be edited at any time and are updated in real-time.
These reports are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year behind password encryption
via the Internet.
Protocol would supply all information listed below as standard and would analyse
the customers’ performance against WPA’s portfolio of corporate customers
to identify trends or anomalies.
Minimum management information requirements:
- Monthly, year on year, cumulative and value band details of benefits
paid e.g. hospital usage, surgeons, anaesthetists etc
- Trends and forecasts as well as actuals
- In patient and out patient data
- Claimant profiles
- Membership details
- Treatments by episodes, conditions and costs
- Diversity summaries e.g. sex and age
- Statistics and trends on key conditions
- Summary of high cost claims
- Service standard KPIs
In addition, we would undertake qualitative information gathering typically
an annual satisfaction survey to all of the scheme members which would be tailored
to gather feedback on any specific area of interest, perhaps how the new modular
structure has been received. This would be coupled with more specific questions
aimed at those members who have used the integrated healthcare system (i.e. claimed)
which would provide a more detailed view on customer service provision.
